I can relate. My dream would be to grow a few different strains at once, and have them altogether so I could pick and choose the type of high I want that day. In a few years when I've got a job it will be a reality.

You (and everyone else) should check out this thread from IC Mag.
It took me like 20 minutes to find that thread so you guys should read it. 100+ strains grown at once outdoors. Here's a picture to illustrate what you are about to enter into...

Acer's kick ass my friend. They're sooo reliable. And mine had top of the line specs. Last year. A year and a half old and it's still running as cool as ever. I'll agree with the vista bit. But I like the interface. Might see about getting an illegal copy of 7 whenever it's available to torrent.
