 Anyone have anxiety disorder?

This is my season for anxiety and its been coming on pretty good but I have been coping better than ever. The only issue is weed, holy fuck does it ever amplify it, like 10x.
Has anyone ever experienced this before?
Maybe its just the strain I have, idk... but my favorite leisure, de-stressing activity has just gone polar opposite.

i used to have bad anxiety when i was doing drug heavy.
then i stopped doing drugs. it went away.

Not me personally.
But I have a few friends that do.
And they have to avoid heavy indicas, and some of the stronger indica dom hybrids.
Shit seems to trigger it fast and hard sometimes.

I used to have a lot of anxiety when I was high in public, now I just don't give a fuck anymore. When I'm totally trippin balls like a sweathog on hallucinogens, I might have one in public, but I rarely manage to trip balls in public anymore.

Idk how I would even go about getting a sativa around here... most dealers dont even know what that is.

I just smoke pot semi-regularly and do mushrooms one in a while.

Indica's bringing on anxiety? I've only had that issue with sativa's...
I used to have some slight anxiety, but smoking weed, which would worsen it, actually helped me gain control over it by putting me in situations of high anxiety and learning to handle it.

I've always had anxiety with indica, never with sativa, but then again, I haven't had any anxiety trouble since I have been able to tell the difference.
Just like you Drawde, most dealers here don't even know there are different strains ...

some strains make anxiety worse, some make it better. idk i think it's just part of being high.

Have an anxiety disorder and issues with massive panic attacks.
Actually find that cannabis is quite effective in dealing with the symptoms; however, unless I smoke chronically I will sometimes feel edgy when smoking a higher-than-usual dose.
Indica strains seem to present more issues; sucks too because I work with cannabis primarily in treatment of chronic body-wide pain (which indica strains benefit more).

I was the same way, even less than a year ago.
Ever since being clean and being in jail, now I never have anxiety.
I used to not want to do public speaking, had trouble talking to good looking ladies
But then it just went away one day. Now I have tons of confidence and have no problems doing group speaking and shit
It's crazy what an improvement it has made in my life
Smoking weed definitely contributed to my social anxiety. I hardly ever smoke pot any more

I find exercise helps a lot with anxiety, and along with healthy diet and meditation almost changes the effects of drugs on me. Euphoria and all pleasure is greatly increased, even dramatically with cannabis.

Kava/Valerien helps me along with weed but like you said sometimes the weed may amplify it.

I get it a bit when I'm smoking in stupid situations. Like at the movie theater or at work.
I just avoid smoking all the time for everything like I used to. I smoke to chill after work and at parties and with friends. Sometimes in the morning but I find it leaves me sleepy all day long so unless I dont have shit to do I avoid that.
Respect mj and she will respect you. Also, exactly the opposite of the rest of the internet...smoke less. Take a pull, set it down and wait 10 minutes. Repeat as needed. It's all too often people get used to smoking with friends and packing fat bowls. My weed is dank enough that I can hit it once or twice and feel twice as nice. You know what I'm saying?

Are you mixing up indica and sativa?
I have an anxiety disorder that used to really stop me from doing things but I have been a lot better and happier lately- partially to meditation, finding inner peace, and smoking indica heavy strains.
Sativa heavy strains are the ones that cause anxiety to flare.

Indica's do seem to give me more chance of anxiety also. Sativa's are kind of like morning coffee.

Sativa heavy strains are the ones that cause anxiety to flare.
Nope not confused.
I hang with these folks three to four days a week.
Most strains breed for anxiety are hybrids however there are a handful of social high indicas on that list.

My brother does unfortunately. It's been worse than it's ever been in his whole life this year. Even with two of the highest dose xanax he barely gets relief from it. He had to drop out of college because of it, but in the future I know he'll find something that can help him cope with it. He really wants to go back.

Wow, I feel for your brother. 
I nearly had to drop out of college last year mine was so terrible. Thankfully I got it under control and am doing well in school.
