Very much so.
When I used to smoke cigs, I'd do a smoke ring then inhale it with my nose into a French inhale. I got really good at smoke tricks 
I can do a ring through a ring as well and sometimes do a smoke ring, which would start to go to a waterfall, forming a tiny ring.
Also, I have a picture of a smoke dolphin on my phone. (I have no idea how I did it and didn't realize it resembled a dolphin until after the pic)

I can make rings, but I can never change the size of them. I think my mouth is wierdlyy shaped.
I can French inhale, but I don't count that as a trick. that's just how I smoke blunts because it cools the smoke a lot.

I usually only do them on accident when doing french inhales, not through the nose tho, just letting the smoke out of my mouth and sucking it back in. at least thats what I consider a french inhale. through the nose is just nasty and fucks up my sinuses imo

I've always been more into big snaps more than rings, a big snap is harder to pull off than a big ring IMO, and I've gotten pretty damn good at it

When you make the O face adjust the size of your mouth. Smaller rings are harder to make.
Positiveoutlook, practice for one day and you'll easily get the hang of it. Also, it helps to roll your tongue to the back of your mouth, if that makes any sense. Once you make an O face (looks gay) with your lips outward press out with your lower jar.
Sorry if that is nonsense and doesn't help at all...

I do mine by making like a click noise with my throat.
for fun, get a paper towel tube and just release small puffs through it. perfect rings haha. I learned that being really high with a paint roller lol.

Yeah that's what I usually do, I've also gotten pretty good at them, my smoking circle gets jealous but they won't even attempt to practice them 
Also rings waste smoke, so I rarely ever do them.
