I Have Diligently searched to no avail.
Is it against forum Rules For Someone to Request to buy seeds Person to person on this forum? say Via Paypal?
And Pending the results of that question, I have another.

Long story short, NO.
This forum is merely here for information, not illegal activity.
When the US government changes the laws, we're most likely change the rules.
Until then NO buying or selling seeds or genetics aloud on this site.

Understanding the us law, Would Provide that these seeds were not *viable* per say.

Any CHEAP Reccomended seed banks. THAT ACCEPT PAYPAL? LOL

I don't know of any seed banks that accept PayPal.
Some take credit cards tho.
BeanzBoyz is a sponser here and take credit cards.
Then there's Nirvana Shop, Attitude, Seed Boutique, and Dr Chronic.
Not sure if the Dr takes credit cards now or not.

They got Fem Lowryder 5 for 56. including insures airmail.
GOD. I got no CC i Prefer paypal. WTF
wanted to try the lowryder im interested in an autoflower variety

Use a pre pay cc. Pay pal sucks if they loose your money they do not have to replace it. Businesses also hate it that is why so few take it as payment.
