 ????Noob question???? a little insight plz

...The Noob... i was just wondering, say one gets a hold of some good looking reggie and keep some seeds... if one were to grow "said" seeds would they produce descent green like the stuff the seeds were taken from? and further more if one were to grow "said" seeds hydroponically would the produce even better green, or how does that work?

you can grow fire buds from seeds that came from shit weed
its all in the genetics, I hear much of the mid grade shit from mexico is old 70s and 80s breeds of ak-47 that have just been grown like shit and replanted each year
not sure if thats accurate though

So since they didnt take good care of the strains there quality is depleting? So it is nurture rather than nature in a sense?

well remember a good rule of thumb is "they grew it for money you want to grow it for quality" bagseeds aren't the worst thing but if it is truely shit then you can't polish a terd no matter how hard you try. Starting with quality is one of the best ways to sure yourself it's going to be good. If it were grow outside then it could be pollinated by any plant with in three miles and can you sure yourself it's not county brown swag, wait till summer grow it outside if you like what you see clone it and grow it inside.

Thanks for the insight... i have had some beautiful outdoor grows but unfortunately i have never been able to see them through... city life. anything from city sprayers spraying pesticides all along the railroad tracks where my plot was. too.. well just a bunch of bullshit.. so im kinda forced to grow indoors. i have a grow box in the making as well..
i had one plant that i seen mature somewhat, a little girl she was only like a foot tall and had the smallest little buds on her but they were white haired and smelled fire, think i got a bowls worth out of it, pathetic i know lmao... i am hoping hydroponic nutrients in a drip setup will help me redeem my pride when it comes to this subject.
i have had successful mushroom grows but cannabis seems to have so many more variables, it has always proved to be difficult for me.

I started with mexican bagseed. I just choose the best 16 seeds of 100 or so, no cracks good brown/tan color. I germinated them and from those 16 I choose my best 10 to grow to presexing and from those I keep my 4 best ladies to flower. I've grown some amazing weed this way, just took 10-13 weeks to flower.

I know for a fact you can get good bud from bag seed, I always spread my bag seed around outdoors, I even had one plant that tasted like blueberry's once...

Very good to hear, i kinda figured so because as stated above i have had some promising projects just never got to see them through to the end.. thanks for the help everyone, hopefully i can come back and post sum badass bud pics on this very thread later
