LOL. Yeah, Taco Hell can be satisfying in a pinch... but it's nothing to write home about. I usually snag the Double Decker, sometimes a Mexican Pizza and/or Volcano Taco (cause its spicy - I still drench everything in Fire sauce). every once in awhile I get a craving to smash some tacohell. Then part way through my meal I remember why I don't like eating there

My kids wanted to try them so we went yesterday. Only my youngest who is a tortilla & potato chip freak liked them. My daughter did not, nor did I. The taste was ok, but distracting from a food that was already suffering.
I will admit they were not as messy as I expected and the shell did not break up as easily as I recall their typical hard shell doing. Also, this progressive product placement with Doritos is clever for the consumers Yum wants to reach (going from chips as a side item, like fries are to burgers, to actually being part of a main item).
If this is more than just a temporary blip on the profits screen I bet we see more of it at other fast food restaurants.

It's a terrible idea that will likely catch on with their regular customers, soon places will be wrapping hamburgers inside slices of pizza and stuffing mcnuggets in pies.

Well I had one and it was pretty good.
Only downside: sthe shells break easily, other than that tasty

Hell yeah son, I heard about the Doritos Locos tacos and simply had to try it. They are pretty good. Dont order the supreme one just add ur own sour creme sauce. And fire sauce.
