My friend and I were gathering materials in this place where the park near me abandons all their signs and broken picnic tables. I was getting a wooden beam to extend out the bar/shack/thing we constructed in my lawn last year. I saw this and thought it was a crazy flashlight at first...
It was electrical taped together. I couldn't just leave it. I brought it home and cleaned it to the best of my ability. Can you epoxy a glass pipe safely? If not, I'll just tape it together. It still fits perfectly, its a very clean break.
Funny, because its exactly where we used to go smoke. Hopefully its not full of crack resin or something.

You seriously want to fix it and use it? Just go buy a new one that isn't broken. That pipe looks like it would cost no more than $25 at any head shop. I can understand you keeping it as a novelty piece, but you wanna use it?

I dont really know the conditions where you live, like how accessible is a glass pipe, or the prices, but here it isn't rare at all and quite cheap, you can get a beautiful pipe for 10$...
I would have smashed it on a wall for the giggles, but man if you are happy that, its great!Also, the forms looks quite unusuals, if it works well, I guess you did the right thang man!

Hahaha, its not about the money at all.
I saved it, and gave it another chance. I doubt it'll ever become my number one favorite pipe or anything, but its a sorta neat story

I might hang onto it and use it at concerts or something
that way if you lose it or break it there's no worries
plus if someone else finds it, it would have an even cooler story

Acetone/iso is gonna dissolve and kill anything on it. Glass isn't absorbent like wood or stone or something so when it cleans up, its gonna clean completely.
The only thing I'd really be concerned with is da herpes and theres no way dipping it in acetone didn't kill that.

Just a germ freak. No matter how many times I cleaned it, Id rather just spend the 20-25$ at a headshop for something I know hasnt been in someones asshole or jizzed into or whatever someone did before abandoning their pipe at the park

Cleaning that pipe with acetone would probably make it cleaner than when it was bought at the head shop.
