Soil Growers:
1. Are you growing from seed or clones? seed
2. How old are your plants? 3-4 weeks smaller and 2 weeks larger
3. How tall are your plants? 2 inches
4. What size containers are they planted in? 200mL
5. What is your soil mix? peat based
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? 1/week tapwater
7. What is the pH of your water? basic
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? never used
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? no
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") sun
11. How close are your lights to the plants? -
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 3'x3'
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 5-30°C, 100% RH
14. What is the pH of the soil? don't know
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? no
16. How much experience do you have growing? little

Give us time man. Not all of us are awake real early.
So by peat based do you mean it's only peat moss?? If so then you have no nutrients for your seedling to feed off of. Get some nutrients, like fox farms, and give em a very small dose.

sorry about it, it's just that you all were lightning fast every time 
by peat based I mean it's mostly peat though I'm sure it's 70% at max. so could it be lack of nitrogen and would them enjoy a tiny prill of Ca nitrate?
that first seedling is stunted by too much watering I guess, has been transplanted to a better draining soil. however what's odd is that n.2 leaves stay that high all the time.
