Well man... I guess it probably looks a lot like 300, I haven't seen it, but I know it's probably the same way, all the budget in special effets and 0 in the scenario, the dialogs are purely douchebag typed, and the actors are quite lame.
The ONLY positive point of the movie: you get to see boobs in 3D

I was expecting more, but it did not deliver. Lots of gore and potentially disturbing imagery, but it lacked some of the finesse that Miike delivers elsewhere. Imprint was one of his best in my opinion.
Ichi just ventured too close to the fantasy-gore like Tokyo Gore Police. It might have worked for me if they gave up on trying to make the movie edgy and stuck with the camp.

I hate gore, it doesn't scare me or gross me out I just find it boring nowadays. Hey I love a good violent blood and guts war movie or a few scenes in any other type of movie but when gore is the star of a movie it feels lame.

Just bought Drugstore Cowboy, incredible movie, a bit like Trainspotting, but totally different.

Yeah even if there is no french audio on the dvd I bought, I don't care since I understand english quite well, also, what really makes me love that movie is that William S. Burroughs plays in that movie, he plays the old priest...

Saw "Gran Torino" for the first time last night. Not usual for me to watch a Clint Eastwood movie, but this was definitely worth a watch. Good mix of emotions throughout.

The Longest Day- today
Love Ranch - the other day.
I liked both The Longest Day was great, Love Ranch was funny and Pesci was classic Pesci.

Is it just me or is there some deep significance in the movie Napoleon Dynamite? I keep feeling like theres something hidden in there that I'm just missing. Now that all the hype and idiots attention has died down...its so surreal feeling lol.
Some scenes in the movie are just like a crazy mindfuck.
Almost feels like a DPH trip.

Perhaps the "deeper" meaning will be revealed on the new ND cartoon coming to FOX. Personally, I was unimpressed with the movie. 3/5

Just watched a doccumentary on the serial killer Alexander Pichushkin a.k.a. The Chessboard Killer. Dang that guy was crazy as fuck you should look at it or read the wikipedia article, it's kinda crazy, he says he killed 61 persons, to fill the 64 squares of a chessboard. He was quite a drunkass but dang man ... he started at 17 and got caught at like 32-33 years old, in 2006.
