Hydro water temp help

I am using a 55 gal tank as my res.....the temp is at 55 deg ..is this fine for a cuple days till i can get a water heater please let me no asap

This my first time here on this forum but I got 55gal res. also with my 12 site ebb&gro
as long as u do not go higher 70 and I would assume 60 would be perfect.

Lucky u to have res temp so low mine smells like crap due to the 75 in the res. looking to buy a chiller once I can scrape up enuf coin to do so.

I would test res temp When pumps just ran since they tend to warm up a bit but I see no problem with 55degrees for temp actually I'm jealous and u wanna buy a heater and I'm lookin to get a chiller lol.

Colder water holds more oxygen. However I personally wouldn't go below 55F except a week before harvest to add more color.
