To answer your question. the most accurate way would be a res. chiller from your hydro shop. But since your reservoir is so small you could try filling up gallon milk jugs with water and then freezing them, ice packs work as well, then add this to your reservoir. It's not the most accurate but will get you by in a pinch.

yeah, But if you dont have the money to do it correctly and you try that second option just make sure you keep a good eye on the temps.
