Just thought i'd post this link to the box my friend uses, it really is awesome, but for over 3k it better be lol on a side note, this is where i got my initial hydro setup from, the closet 800 if u browse their site..

If i could afford it i'd buy one, they work great, take up very little space and require almost no maintenance.

well i think its a ripoff. i bet you sell um. whats gonna happen when i buy one and put a 150watt hps in it and the two little fucking cpu fans don't move enough air and all of my plants cook. i wish people would use their brains and make money by selling good products.

I don't sell them.
They use 2 400w hps bulbs and you cannot see the can fan that's used for cooling them, its built into the unit along with the ballasts and all control equipment. Those small fans are for fresh air intake. I know someone who owns the producer, has had it for almost 2 years and it works as excellently.
Maybe you should read up on the product before you talk crap about it.

Well it seems you just talk shit for the sake of talking shit, since you have absolutely no experience using these machines.
To answer your question, He gets on average 1 pound per flower cycle from an 18 site system, but that really depends on a strains yield. His last crop was bigbud and he yielded just over 17 1/2 ounces of cured bud.

machine? the sun is a machine..........800 divieded by 17.5 is 0.6190625. a box??? for 3k??? plus electric bill....plus rent.....plus etc. it really should be cheaper. i just dont want anybody to buy this, i'm just sayin.......................

All i know is they work great, if i could afford one i would have one. Oh and 800 divided by 17.5 is 45.7

17.5 X 28.3 = total grams. TG/800watts = grams per watt. (0.6). i think im done

Can you get us some close-up pics of the inner workings of the machine? I have researched them before after seeing an add in HT, but the cost repelled me immediately....
I want to see what more I need other than a sheet metal filing cabinet

Listen the guy was simply trying to say its a great product if your budget allows for 3k ...to be perfectly honest with you if I had 3 k to put up front and would be fine without the money for a few months I would do it...I'd gladly spend 3k on a unit that almost completely self sufficient and could actually run itself without my constant attention. If his friend yielded a pound dry the unit would most definitely pay for itself after the first run. I like the idea of it man good product and I doubt it's overpriced you get what you pay for complete control over conditions regardless to the outside temperatures, I like that idea that thing self corrects itself if temps get outside of optimum parameters. This is like the next generation growing. Plus I think it would be a great addition to someone who likes to experiment, you could use this to guarantee you a harvest and use a grow room to grow whatever else you like however else you like and know this thing is still gonna give you a nice harvest with little effort.
**OH and lets not even forget the safety of it, being able to leave your house go away for a whole week and not constantly be worrying your grow room went out of control and burned your whole house down!
