Elly doesn't like it. It makes her paranoid and weird. But she always wants to be with me so when I have to kick her out because I'll be filling the room with smoke I feel bad. I usually smoke and blow it out then window then let her back in.
My black and white cat loves it, she can't get enough. The grey one is never around enough for me to have tried.

Dogs do love weed though, they'll go out of their way to eat if off the coffee table or try to lick the smoke out of the air. I know this dude who had a terrier that would jump up in your lamp and try to eat the smoke while you were toking. Then once someone would give it a shotgun it would just go lay down and be a normal dog.
I always felt bad as if we were doing it to a baby or something.

My cat doesn't like the smoke blown directly at her but she likes to chill in the room with me while I smoke, she just does her own shit and I do mine. I try to keep puppy out at least until she's older.

My animals live outside, so any smoke going their way would quickly dissipate. And id kinda feel weird intentionally blowing smoke in my dog's face.

i feel kinda bad with my cat but even if we open the window and blow a fan out it she jumps right up in the window to get it. she literally comes running when she hears the bong. if i leave the door shut she digs on it until i open it for her to come in.
i in no way trap her. she loves it lol.
one time she was real baked and sitting behind the fan meowing into it making that funny choppy sound a fan makes lol. it was awesome.

My cats love weed, and I've known a fair share of dogs that love getting the smoke blown in their face.
I personally could never define getting an animal high as balls animal abuse.
But i suppose it's whatever, I'll probably always get my animals high regardless of what people say. My cousins dog would hit a bong on hit own, he would stick his nose right in and then my cuz blew through the slide to give him the hit. We also used to let the dog in when we smoked in his always in repair (chevy?) Nova.
One of my cats loves it blown in her face, and the other two cats just love chilling with you whenever the herb gets lit.

blowing smoke in a dogs ear is really bad for it.
what i do is if the animal likes it, i will blow it in the direction of the animal. its up to the animal to step in to it, breath it, etc etc
but i mean, when a dog follows a bowl around the room as it's being passed, it's hard to deny it some smoke.

My cat dislikes weed.
The first time it got high it hid in the shelf of my entertainment center and looked around the room all wide eyed; you could tell he was paranoid as fuck 
The first time he smelled crack he literally had a look of disgust on his face and booted into the next room 
Most dogs I've known love trees. I knew a dog who was a weed snob, he'd only eat primo buds and stems

my dog likes getting high. He pretty much begs for a hit
most of my cats seem to not like it as much, I think it might give some of them headaches...not sure but I generally don't get them high

I've smoked catnip buds as just an herbal smoke, and its actually pretty tasty and I could swear I caught a little buzz from it. Similar to how I feel after drinking a big cup of green tea.

 thats crazy, it even has the curled tail of a husky.
we recently adopted a alaskan malamute cross with a husky. not such a great combination, notoriously free spirited, does what it wants when it wants 
but yeah i never intentionally get my dog high, but my collie makes the efort to get as close to me as she can when i spark up a joint.
ive also noticed if i get the bong out and put it on the desk, she will paw at me untill i take a hit

My friend's cat is a stoner, everytime we get high in his room, he comes with us so we can puff in his face... He also likes to hunt invisible flying animals.

If the dog visibly wants to be exposed to the weed than what is the problem?
Unless there is some sort of physiological difference between dogs and humans that makes marijuana harmful for dogs than I cant understand what the issue is.

Nothing wrong with it from what I can see, but I know the owner forcefully exposed it to weed smoke at first. It just feels wrong to me and really immature.

My dog is dumb as hell. She sees smoke coming out and is like "LOL OMG BUBBLES!" (because she loves to get bubbles) and then sneezes and is like "OH NO NOT BUBBLES". And then she got all blah and paranoid. She would still get the smoke right from my lips if I let her, but I know it makes her uncomfortable so I keep her out.
I'm sure some peoples dogs do the same and end up enjoying it.

My dog likes getting high but then I read that my breed has a weak trachea and the smoke is bad for it so I don't get her high anymore. When I get really stoned she seems to worry about me a little.
