be sure to have a good supply of water around. good light shows are always fun too.
i'm too lazy to thinkn of more. 
alright, a thing that i've learned is to keep yourself in good spirits. you CAN bring yourself out of a good roll just by thinking about the wrong thing.

Feel inexplicably amazing, have ridiculous amounts of fun no matter what you're doing, extremely social (listen to anyone about anything, want to talk to everybody). Opens you up in such a way that you're comfortable with a lot more (can deal with stressful memories, can work out problems in relationships, etc)
makes you want everyone to be friends!

Pretty fuckin much bro. I've rolled too many times to count haha but i'm starting to lose interest in it. I know what it's all about now, and whatnot. I've only mixed it with shrooms though and that was fuckin amazing.
