alright, a thing that i've learned is to keep yourself in good spirits. you CAN bring yourself out of a good roll just by thinking about the wrong thing.

Feel inexplicably amazing, have ridiculous amounts of fun no matter what you're doing, extremely social (listen to anyone about anything, want to talk to everybody). Opens you up in such a way that you're comfortable with a lot more (can deal with stressful memories, can work out problems in relationships, etc)
makes you want everyone to be friends!

personally i think e is the greatest thing ever.
just do some research on your pills to make sure their legit. keep alot of water with you, eating fruit is also good. and DEF have music. music makes the roll 10 times better.
the only bad side to e is that you feel pretty shitty the next day or two. i dont really get depressed like alot of people say i just all achey and cant think or eat and shit. it's defiantly worth trying at least once though

Music recommendations (fuck, everything is good on E so it doesn't really matter)
- Tiesto (duh)
- Daft punk (especially the album Discovery)
- anything around 140 BPM (prime dancing material  )
I second Slave of Cthulhu's E gear suggestions. Glowsticks are fucking AWESOME, they're fun on their own, and a god damn eye orgasm when dancing

ahhh, that shit was crazy! I felt a little like tripping acid without the visuals. Our pills must have had little to no meth in them, because we didn't tweak at all, just felt like eating a little pill full of happy.

i think its the shit if you get good ones but ive never really had a bad roll so i dont know what that feels like if your considering it try to get pure mdma. its so much better although ive never seen it in pill form.
