Stretching

So I recently (a week and a half or so) planted a few germinated seeds into some soil. I've been growing them in my room, as it get's great sunlight throughout the day. They aren't however, going to be inside for much longer. When I go home for the summer I'm going to keep them outside full time.
Anyway for the time being, they're stretching and twisting all over the place. It's very frustrating, as only one of the three I have is growing straight up and strongly. The other two keep falling over and seem to be very top heavy.
Other than that they're very healthy looking, it should only be another 3 weeks or so until they can enjoy the outdoors but for now I'm wondering if there's and way to prevent a lot of this stretching that's taking place in my room.

The only answers I can think of to your situation are More light Air circulation/fan for strengthening stems possibly some training to deal with the weird shapes they've already got
As small as they are, if you could rig up a couple CFLs even it would probably help quite a bit.
Also you can and should be rotating your plants to straighten them out and promote more even growth as they lean over towards your window.

I would replant them. Putting most of the plant into the ground. Or support them with a stick. They are not getting enough light.

Replant and put some CFL's on them. After a few days, get a fan on them.
