possible ph unbalance with combination of underwatering and salt build up????

9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
14. What is the pH of the soil?
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
16. How much experience do you have growing?

could you measure ph of water after it has been given to plants? I fear your soil has too much nitrogen and leaves may be "burning" as a result.
like wash your soil with water and collect the water which drains off the cups. if they don't drain at all, stagnant water may be an issue.
let us know more about your soil composition percentage and container design

i am using mushroom comp,cow shit mixed 50/50 with peat moss i water with a solution of 6.4 witch brings the medium to 6.8!, the leaves are not burning but are a little deformed ,and the water i am using is sitting in an old well ,so i with shake it up to ensure it is oxygenated before feeding~

I'd say root rot then. Flushing would no longer help if that's the cause. Since either possibilities you'd lose your plant, try flushing it and check pH again.

More water, more light, nutrients in low amounts every 3 days (the right ones) and possibly shit genetics. Oh and a actual pot at this point as well.
