i found this dresser.made a grow box out of it.put a exhaust fan 70 CF, 6.0 sines. in the upper right conner. maybe one in the left botton conner for air, but need some suggestions on lights and watts.

Ya need CFL's, not those incandescents.
26 watt seems to be the highest ones I can find in most stores, but I think they make them up to like 200 without needing a special ballast? Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Also as other have mentioned CFLs, or if you got the cash even a 250 watt hps would do wonders in flowering compared to any equivalent in CFL.

Welcome.. As anyone will tell you, cfls ain't the greatest. I use them because of space /heat restrictions, and they do ok for me. However, You gotta place them just inches away from the plants. You should figure out a movable light scheme to get the most out of your cfls. That way you can focus lights on top and sides, moving them as the plant grows.. Also, more lights wouldn't hurt...
