I saw a version of this on Cracked.com where the first clip had been edited so that it looked like Bill-O was interrogating a group of small school children.

The universe can either be a creation or just random. Either way we don't know, who cares?
The marijuana thing I can kinda see. I agree that you should go to a legit doctor but since pot laws are so fucked up I could see why those kinda places pop up. Sure, some people really need the shit, but plenty of people just go there to score.
The whole selling weed to kids to buy dope thing is fucking far fetched. If you're smoking weed you're gonna end up selling some of it sometimes. And most people who do those other drugs are smoking weed.
