Strains and recommended Harvest Period

I've got some tons of different strains growing. Some like Purple Urkle say 9 weeks for harvest recommended. I find that different plants are doing different things. A bunch of them have the main cola still with a lot of clear undeveloped hairs, but the lower nugs look like they are ready to harvest.

I'm just going by the top nugs, if they are all colored with hairs or the plant looks like it isn't growing anymore, I say cut it off from nutrients and flush.
