I never thought it wouold happen, but here i am quitting grad school.
I am sorta burned out, and i am VERY tired of the people here in my department. I want to transfer, but I dont think thats going to happen.
So here i go... on another adventure... stupid or smart...
Going to try living with the boyfriend, this will be interesting. We met on the shroomery and have been doing the long distance thing since last year and havent gotten a good solid period of time together to feel eachother out, only short week vacations n such...
Anyway, im ready to try, too late now to turn back, lets do this thang mang
My parents are gonna kill me....

Good on ya. Fuck school. Dad paid for me to go to private schools  I hated every 75% of it. The rest i learnt some really useful stuff.

well through me, they set up a time... about 30 min from now for my dad to call him, although youre right my bf should call my dad.
also, i cant do that 3 way thing because my bf lives half way across the country... makes it a little more difficult although i know theres a way just to do a regular 3 way call....

Ahh this reminds me of my ex-gf's parents. Because of those two fuck-sticks my gf and I didn't work out 
My advice is this Shroomie. Accept that everyone is stupid (technically, can't see beyond their egos. But let's just say stupid) and you know better. Like this, when people be mean to you it shouldn't bother you. Only think about and be around things that you enjoy and will help you in your life.
I've been through all sorts of shit. Sometimes, I felt like quitting. But I pulled through. You'll reach a point in your life when everything just keeps getting better and better. Finishing school last year was when this happened to me. When you're free from morons bossing you around, you'll feel much better.
Don't forget about the Plant Teachers. They are always there to help. If you wanna get more outta your trips then I highly recommend reading The Psychedelic Experience by Tim Leary and others.

apparently the "talk" went well... they both came to the conclusion that ive made up my mind and im giong to move anyway.
my dads also gonna give me 6 months to find a job before he makes me pay for my expensive-as-shit health insurance which is SUPER nice of him considering hes mad about my decision.
I think i can find a job within 6 months... maybe not something i want to do, but itd be atleast some income till i find a real promising job...
so here i go... packing up... i hate this part.
atleast now i can tell everyone now that my parents know.

parents have all but disowned me
packing as we speak. finished with the bathroom and my bookcase and desk. also moved the uhaul date up to the 11th of feb since my parents refuse to come visit at the end of feb like they were planning. I figure whats the point of staying when im ready to go?
i dont think ill have a driving buddy. i was counting on my mom but thats not gonna happen now. oh well, atleast ill have my dog
i also "borrowed" some money out of one of my accounts that my dad set up for me a while ago. im counting on the fact that its under my name and he wont see it. i have all intentions of paying it back, so its not so bad but hed be livid.
thats about all. ill let you know how this progresses.....

kinda... i focused more on animal science and the management of both rangelands n goats/sheep/cows on pasture, and the nutrition of these guys. so its a little different, but essentially the same

Yeah, hopefully something on a farm or ranch... not so much into going to vet school, and a zoo job could be interesting, but theyre hard to get into but im still going to try. im willing to do just about anything at 1st just to get some income rolling in then ill have more time to look for something i really want to do.

Seems to me like OP has a pretty good head on their shoulders and realize that it's a risky move. And yeah, its definitely a risk with long-distance things specifically, that the whole deal could crash and burn not long after the IRL meet-up. But, OP seems happy so far, and that's a good sign.

what is it? 2 weeks now, and all i have to say are good things about this, although i seem to have a problem demanding too much sex from him... or so he says, he "cant keep up" i didnt know i was that much of a nympho haha

You sound like a spoiled rich kid. Parents were paying for everything from bills to health insurance, and you even had some account that you tried to steal your parent's money from before you left.
Now your cut off. The real world is harsh. I used to envy people like you but now I realize I learned so much more about the world being born poor.
You made a mistake, but so what! I have made far worse. It's how you deal with the mistake that counts. It is probably best for you to break away from your parents and learn to live with out their help.
My best friend for years was similar. Her parents had money. She had a job here or there and even went to various trade schools and colleges. She has the world at her feet. She could do anything she wants. She could travel, Open any business, Go to any college of her choice.
She's addicted to prescription meds. She is the most unhealthy person I know. She has no motivation what so ever. She is constantly depressed. In the end we lost touch and I am kinda glad because she was just depressing to be around.
I hope good things come from your fuck up and you don't end up like my friend.
Hope I did not come across like an ass hole. I am just trying to point out that although you fucked up bad, there still can be a good end result.
Don't call your parents and ask for help. Figure it out. Grow as a person.

He blamed it on his mood swings... he has horrible mood swings where when hes down hes just "not sure" how he feels about anything, including me, but when hes up hes so affectionate n shit. its confusing as shit. every time he gets down i get all sad, take it personally, and he said he doesnt want to hurt me anymore by all that. how much of that is true, or how much of it is an excuse, i dont know. ill never know.

I am as left wing as it gets but my dad is super right wing. He doesn't talk to his sister anymore because she married a black male, complains about paying taxes constantly even for things like FAFSA(where my financial aid comes from), hit me when I first told him I smoked weed, I completely disagree with him on a lot of subjects. I still get some support from him and I am thankful for that. Your parents are your parents. You can't change that, but don't neglect them because of it.
