I quit last feb until present, and before that I quit the previous feb until aug...... 10 years smoking before that.

TLDR;

In my personal experiences: if you can quit the first time STAY QUIT.

For everyone I know (including myself) who's quit the first time it was easy. My first quit was for a year and half, cold turkey, it was easy.

Since then it's been impossible. So if you quit the first time, STAY QUIT.
