the burger patties themselves were store bought but all natural; made with boneless skinless chicken breast meat, red bell peppers, and gouda cheese. then enter my own additions: cheddar jack cheese, red onion, avocado, romaine lettuce, and tomato on grilled sourdough bread. i had no hamburger buns, but i think this worked much better on the sourdough anyway.
so i am full and content, even though i am suffering from a fairly bad case of bronchitis right now.

yes, it's definitely my favourite type of bread. especially when making a grilled cheese, add bacon and red onion and unf ... so good.

Yea its one of those things you have to grow up eating I think. My dad loves things like Blue cheese and Sour Krout but I can't even be in the same room as them.
