I made some butter using water.. I dont have a fridge to cool the butter while it separates from the water. Can this be done at room temp? THANK YOU

Does your butter normally solidify at room temperature?
I'd assume not.

If you don't have a fridge, use a freezer, if you don't have a freezer.
Use a cooler and some ice (purchased from a grocerystore/gas station or whatever) if you don't own a cooler you can purchase a styrofoam container or use a bucket or something.

what is room temp? 65F should do it but its gonna take some time at that temp. if not it should be cool enough outside for it unless you live on the equator!
