What is your question exactly? If both air temperature and ventilation are important factors in marijuana cultivation? What kind of answer are you looking for if you already know they are?

Of coarse it does. One of the most important factors in plant growth is carbon dioxide so without plenty of ventilation or supplemented CO2, plant's just won't grow.
As for temperature I don't even think I need to start explaining why that is important.

Ask him if he likes to stick a plastic bag over his head, wrapped air-tight around his neck, so that he can't breathe. No ventilation - same thing for cannabis.

Also, you'll want an extractor fan capable of removing two to three times the volume of air in the grow room within one minute's time. Take width multiplied by length multiplied by height to get the cubic feet of the room. Each fan will have a cubic feet per minute rating (cf/m). The optimal temperature would be from 70 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

If there is a security concern regarding the odor produced that is being ventilated out, he'll need a carbon filter as well.
