 Why won't the board let me save my birthday?

It lets me put the day and year in, but not the month? I can select April from the drop down list, click save, it brings me back...and every time I look at my personal settings again, it doesn't have April selected. Whats going on there? 
Does it just think I'm fucking around because my birthday is really on 4/20?
