I took a shower. And when i got out my hearing was not so sharp. i got the water out of my ears. But ever type i hit my head something in my right ear vibrates. Ear drumm popped out? I really dont want to go deaf. I like music and sounds of girls moaning.

Nah man, just some melted wax wedged in place.
Get the q-tips and peroxide.

If it hurts it's usually a bad sign.
Be very careful with Q-tips around your eardrums.

I went in for a hearing check and I found out my left ear was severely damaged by years of ear infections. The doctor said it is a miracle that I can still hear at a normal level (with the exception of bass tones).
I was so scared that I wouldn't be able to listen to music, as music is one of my passions.
I hope everything is alright, man.

I use pens, Q-Tips, knives, pointy needles, screw drivers, chopsticks... basically anything that fits in my ear, to clean it daily.
But it gets boring when you stick a Q-Tip in, twist it all about, and it comes out clean.
Know how deep you can safely go and don't push it. Don't do it when you're in a place that may move suddenly (like a car) or where you may get a shock (like your girlfriend jumps out from behind a closet to scare you, for fun, and ends up bringing you to the hospital).
Anyway... peroxide = k3y, if you have it available. Helps keep away rawness if you clean too often, too. As does any other liquid.

Don't stick things in your ear!  You can buy ear douche kits at the drugstore to take care of that deep earwax safely.
