This happened to a few of my friends all at around the same time. It seemed really weird. Panic attacks are completely psychological and can be overcome. Some people smoke when they're freaking out and others freak out when they smoke. Anyway, only you know what you're body is telling you. Take a break if you feel it necessary. BTW the panic disorder my friends encountered has almost completely tapered off for them(a few months later)
