 Tattoo itches 3 years later.

Not sure what the hell is going on. Its raised and bumpy and itches like a bitch. It's only itchy in the area where I have ink. The ink the guy used was black. I dont know whats up, anyone else have this problem? It just started recently.

Has it been exposed to sun light?
Mine do that when I have a lite sun burn on them.

Possibly, but I havent had a sunburn that I know of. Its really weird, and also really annoying. I've pretty much itched it raw now haha. I look like a tweaker always scratching my arm.

I have a full sleeve, mostly blackwork, and the sun will do that sometimes, or if I smack it, the lines raise up.. I've had my work for 20 yrs, it's no big deal..
