I thought hypoglycemia meant that if you didn't eat constantly, you would pass out?
I go hours, sometimes days without food a lot of the time....I really doubt I have it.

No, hypoglicemia literally means low (Hypo) Glicemia (Blood sugars). Not eating for days is not healthy for you. And drinking a lot of soda while not eating for days is not good for you also.

Yes but, if I don't eat for extended periods, does that not mean it is impossible for me to have hypoglycemia?
Since I should be passing out much more often if I have the illness.

it is a condition I believe not an illness per say kind of like dehydration is a condition.

Still, to my understanding, it should mean I pass out all the time from not eating...but like I've said, I have only passed out like 3-4 times in my life. The culprit has always been extended periods of knee locking.

No, in fact it would make more sense if you didnt eat for days. That means that you aren't getting the nutrients that your body needs. Just because you dont eat for days doesn't mean that your body is used to being starved. And if you dont mind me asking, why are you not eating for days? That just doesnt seem smart at all.
And Hypoglicemia isnt really an illness, its just low blood sugar.

How do you know its from locking your knees? I would venture to guess if you have been passing out 3 or 4 times you might want to tell the doctor that you have been doing so.
What is your blood pressure like? Have the doctors check your blood sugar levels. And do you have anxiety?

yea, doctors say my blood pressure is perfect...no problems there.
I do have mild anxiety, but that is most likely due to my widespread drug abuse.
And no...I didn't quite mean days...sometimes I will go a whole day without food, but most of the time I just skip breakfast, commonly skip lunch, but I always try to eat dinner.
But no, I guess not really days....a few days ago I went all day until six till I ate.
