Idk if I woke up startled this morning or actually had a seizure. I've never had one but I was really confused and shaken awake. Really freaked me out.

Problem is I was dreaming at the time.
I woke up very violently and kinda felt my brain do the reverse of when old tv's and monitors turned off...like faded out from a pin point. Despite my room being well lit I didn't know where the fuck I was for a minute. I remember shaking but idk if it was the dream or actually happening. Crazy shit.
Like I said I don't have a history of it and have only been smoking weed, not even a benadryl for a long while.

Only drinking Saturdays, only beer. Haven't blacked out or puked since like February. Been really chill with it so I doubt that is the culprit.

You talking about sleep paralysis? Those episodes can be fucking frightening at times.
I've fought my way out of a seizure once, after a few days of dabbling with spice. It took about an hour of deep breathing exercises to control the contortions and spasms. I'm so glad an ambulance wasn't called that night.
