I have an ez cloner and it's little happy home is in a corner of my room problem is that the jets make so much noise. My ideas are to build a double layer box and run the exhaust through a dampener. That or toss it in th hot ass attic. But the high heat worries me. It sits under a 4 bulb flouresent 2' light.

rubber. dynomat. dynomat is used in cars for stereo it absorbs vibrations very very very well. rubber seals it from moisture and shit.
thats really the only thing i can say...ive never personally had an ez cloner so i dont want to sound like a fucktard but i do know those 2 things will dampen just about any noise.

holy shit that stuff is high but i guess if you use it wisely then whatever
dynomat just seems more realistic pricewise
but then you have to seal it from the elements so i guess its not a whole lot difference

raam mat and second skin make sound deadening products for way cheaper than dynomat.
i used raamat in my car personally.
i think elemental designs also makes a sheet thats cheap and good.
never used it for this type of this so im not sure how well it will work.. it does stop vibrations though

I haven't installed, or even been in a car audio shop, in like 6 years. Dynomat was the only thing available back then. Link these cheaper ones. I need some for my current build.
