Make it tall, about same height (3ft) if not higher. A carb and if possible, ice chambers would be pretty cool too.
As a long as it hits amazingly, I'm happy.

well first off gotta get some good bamboo green is my favorite its gotta be older because young bamboo is not hollow and you dont want that lol. you need some object to break the walls out of the bamboo on the joints. as for an ice catcher i like to take 3-4 colored wood screws drill them about a foot down from the opening in three places and you have a perfect ice catcher. you can put it on a stand which is a tad more work but i think its worth it. to do tha theres a couple more steps

do not i repeat do not spend hard earned or not earned cash on store bamboo if u live in the south then its all around you just have to look for it if u happen to live somewhere else or just cant find it the go to lowes homedepot or and garden center and look around you shoud find somme there

its a 2x4 with four wood screws in it and wood glue. i drilled a one and a half wide and 2 inch deep hole in the center so the bamboo shaft is actually fastend into the base filled with wood glu and saw dust for extra strength with jb weld and gorrilla glue mixed in as well
