Any tips for Panic attacks?

OK so Ive been on methadone for like 2 years and I decided a few months ago I gotta get off this shit. well its making me have a panic attack now. Anybody know any good tips for panic attacks if you cant take benzos? /wrist?

try drinking warm water and listening to upbeat music
