Who is in rehab and is 7 weeks clean from opies and xanies. Clean from everything really and he says it feels great. Felt like he wasn't being the best dad he could be to his newborn son. He was actually a good dad. I'm happy for him though, it's the guy I used to get my shit from. Shit like that makes me feel goodz.

Yeah, I hope it continues when he gets back. He's gotten clean a few times and fucked up. For some reason, I think he'll pull it off this time. Probably because of the kid. I'd rather not even hang out with him anymore when he gets back if he can stay clean and be a good dad to his kid and stay with his girl. That shit's more important than me and him sitting there and me and him takin bong hits, you know? It's kinda good he left too though, because I stopped at the same time, so it worked out for both of us.

Yeah it is. He was actually a really good dad before he went. All his money from doing what he did went to the kid pretty much. I'm happy for him though. We didn't talk long. Just a few texts, but I hope it works out for him. He kind of helped me too and doesn't even really know it. He was a lot worse than me though, but I was getting close to where he was and it probably wouldn't have been much longer either.

sobriety is a scary thing to me I won't do it, I quit the booze but not the herb never the ganja it's too good to me I'm just sometimes not good to it.

Oh yeah, I probably won't ever quit smoking weed unless it's for a job or something, but then I'll just start smoking again after I get the job. The job I plan on getting into in the next year and a half or so doesn't involve me quitting smoking thought  I consider a person to be sober even if they smoke weed though. I mean, not if their completely stoned as fuck at the moment, but say you've got an important job, you might take a couple hits beforehand, but you wouldn't be like retarded stoned. But in general, you live a sober life. You might take a couple hits beforehand, but aren't gonna get stoned as fuck til you get home. Sobriety to me involves not drinking all the time, or doing hard drugs. I really, seriously, do not consider cannabis a drug.

Good luck to your friend. I know at 7 days you feel like a million bucks but that is what they call the "pink cloud" once you come down from that and touch back to reality is when most people fuck up. I felt that hard.

Thanks man. Yeah I haven't seen him in a while actually. Just a few texts yesterday. He's doin the rehab thing up in Illinois from what I understand.
