My stuff is doing good.
    #408886 - 04/29/10 05:29 PM (7 years, 2 months ago)

I made a post awhile back about all the cool goodies I was getting to plant and they seem to be doing pretty good.

Here's my 5 in 1 apple tree. A deer took some bites out of it right after I planted it but seems to haven't touched it since.

APPLES!

This is my fruit cocktail tree. I'm please as it looks like all the grafts have taken and are starting to emerge.

Here's some rhubarb that was here when I moved in. It's 10 times the size the last owner could achieve.

Right on man.  5 in 1 apple tree? Is it crossed 5x? Forgive my ignorance.

I mysleft just received a Dwarfed baby lime tree in the mail from a family member the other day. I'm pretty stoked to watch her grow.  Keep the pics coming man!

Btw strawberry rhubarb pie is :awetongue:

No, It's basically a pear tree, selected for rootstock that works best in my area.

It has branches from 5 different apple trees grafted onto the rootstock.

It's good because it self pollinates and doesn't take up the same area as 5 different apple trees would.

Maybe when I graduate and get a bigger spot of land I will have a multiple different trees but until them I'm taking care of this baby.

I'm planning on bringing it everywhere I move, it's staying with me the rest of my life.
