Or the computer has a 56k modem but that doesn't mean she's using it. If more than one computer is using the same connection it's definitely not dial-up.

ati, nvidea, and a few others.
Your box thingy, could be a router?
And the sempron is an older processor brought out by amd in 2004 i believe, so it is possible that your video card is outdated and needs replaced or new drivers.

do you know what video card your using?
Sorry Tina, trying to help. But i need questions answered before i can accuratly do that. You would see a Nvidea or ATI video installed somewhere, Could you tell me what one you have?

I don't have any idea what's up with your issue. Maybe you could try getting on some customer support chat with Adobe or something and have them try and trouble shoot it.

I used to do tech support for all my friend over the phone or on the messengers. So if you can bare with me and all my questions, i can prolly help ya.
And what version of windows are you using?
I could do this remotely if ya trust me enough.

Your router could be blocking the video or even a security setting in windows.
