So my poppy garden got SPANKED with about 100 metric tons of water last night and theres some pooling going on in my garden....is this bad?? they are not even sprouted yet.....

Then its prolly not a bad thing they copped the flooding (unsprouted) You will prolly now find all the seeds in those pooled areas, don't stress.
