Because the closest one is like 20 something miles away, and I'm not even sure if they have them :/
I might have to, but I think I'll just order this one.
So, do I just screw the charger into the bottom of that, and put a balloon over the other end? Does any balloon work?

NO not any balloon, best to use one of these:
They are way stronger and hold a lot more. Put the charge in the cracker, strap the balloon on and hold it so the balloon is downwards, twist it and release the NO2 into the balloon, it's heavier than air so it falls down into the balloon better. Let it sit for a little bit so ya don't go freezin your lungs then hit that shit like a champ. Hold it in if ya want then release or breath into the balloon in and out. Fun shit. Hope I described it okay.

Any balloon will work, Just make sure you dont asphyxiate yourself
The common balloon can hold a whole 8g tank, I even bought chargers that said they had 10g in the 8g size just under higher pressure and normal balloons were fine

Cool shit. I got 40 of them for $20. And its good to let them sit for a minute? Can I zip-tie them off or something? I'd rather prepare them before I'm drunk and fucked up 
Also, once you inhale, you can exhale and re-inhale? Like I said, I've never had a balloon, just cans. How many "hits" is the balloon good for?
Man, now I'm real excited 
Also - @FL - I had done nitrous a few times before with little to no effect. I ran out of liquor last weekend, but I was at that point where I was drunk, but not drunk enough, ya know? So, I bought some whipped cream from the store for the fuck of it.
With the alcohol in my system, it was one of the most fun things I've ever done. I don't know how I could class it...its kinda on its own for me, from the results I've gotten.

I think nitrous is best used on psychedelics. Mostly acid. Definitely some fun shit for sure.
