There is no program that exists that will change your IP address. You can mask your IP address, if that's perhaps what you meant?

Tell me your browser, and I can help you put a proxy on. You can use "vtunnel" or some similar web-based proxy, but those aren't ideal in any sense.
Also - your IP address never really "changes" unless your ISP cycles them once in a while. You see, you only really have ONE IP address. Its on the "internet" end of your router. All of the routing done within your network is done on a virtual network. Most likely "192.168.1.x". I could explain further, but I figure thats more than anyone wanted anyway

i use time warner cable o_O and i have done it before , some program changes my ip address and i can make accounts on banned websites once again but i forgot the program i was using!!!!

If you use a proxy with your web browser its going slow down all your web traffic, if you only want to use a proxy for the forums you have been banned from use a web based proxy like the anonymizer, or any of the others you can find with google.

I unplugged my router and have been trying to get my internet back online for the last like 2 hours. WTF.
And no unplugging your router does not change your IP.

unplug all of your cables...modem, router, erthing
plug the power to your modem in let it sit for 2 minutes
plug the ethernet between the modem and router let it sit for 2 minutes
plug the power in to your router let it sit for 2 minutes
should work fine your connection is obviously fine

I use pure guardian for torrent downloading after I got a letter from Warner Bros saying I illegally downloaded one of their movies. idk if it works for forums though.

Homosapian, I've been watching your posts closely latley. I've also done a few checks on your ratings and what not. It seems that a good deal of people on here seem to think your an undercover cop. It also seams that alot of your posts on here are really sketchy and pertain to alot of topics that go around bending rules or breaking them...
