Fedor is great, very complete fighter. But the octagon does things to people. Fedors used to that ring style fighting. Look at Cro-Cop. Once he came in the cage he just crumbled. Cro-Cop was the closest to beating Fedor in my opinion. Fedors good but hes got an ego, hes protecting that undefeated record. Untill he steps up and fights the best I just cant give it to him.

You can see he trains a lot different than other fighters too. I mean he's still in the gym, but he's also swingin hammers n runnin through the mountains. He's a different breed. I'd take him against anyone in the world. 8 feet tall, 350 pounds, I don't care.

Some of you seam to of misunderstood me, i didnt say Fedor wasnt a bad man.. I didnt say he hasnt fought good people.. I didnt even say hes never fought in the cage..
What i know is that its a shame he cant join the UFC. I watched his last fight vs Bret Rodgers, Why Fedor takes fights like that is beyond me. If hes a true champion he should be in the UFC bangin' it out. Let him beat Orlavski again, let him beat Cro-Cop 2 more times. I know he can, but why he doesnt prove him self as the ultimate fighter without a doubt is beyond me.
Its like Peyton Manning playing Canadian Football and saying hes the greatest ever.

And I think him coming to UFC is all about money to be honest. Everyone knows he's the best in the world, it's just a matter of how much Dana White wants to give him. Fedor wants this much, and Dana White, being the stubborn motherfucker he is, probably isn't giving it to him just to prove a point. I think it will happen eventually though, even if it's just a one or two fight thing to see how it goes. I have supreme confidence Fedor would have the belt sooner than later though.

Agreed. Lesnar has speed but thats all. He can get off 20 face shots in about 4 seconds if hes got you down. Frank Mir would be Fedors most interesting fight at this moment.
Have you sen Fedors fight againt Cro-Cop? Its one of the best. Cro-Cop was such a man back in his day. I love fighters that use the head kick.

It's not money or fame with him, but that stuff doesn't hurt.
There was a quote from him saying how he came up from being poor, and he sees all of his opponents as men trying to send him back to his poor period and that they must be eliminated. Obviously worded different, but that's what it said. He's a beast, no question. I don't think there's really anybody right now who is a definite favorite to beat him.

Machida shouldn't have won his last fight either. I'm not hatin, I think Machida is a really good fighter, but he didn't live up to his potential in his last fight.

machida is top 5 p4p in the world he is better than a good fighter , he is one of the very best. YES shogun gave him a shit load of trouble but you have to remember machida has never been KO'D or submitted like shogun , silva , gsp , brock lesnar ,and frank mir have.
