so i own a franchise cleaning business with coverall , i just found out one of their employees is giving information about my business to another cleaning company , what accounts i have lost , how much i get paid per account so they can go and bid a cheaper price.
and these assholes have probraly been stealing my accounts for a while..
can i sue them ?

if you can prove it and you have shit written in your employee's contracts saving this sort of information.
you will most likely only be able to sue your employee before the Fedor Emelianenko beat down. (if you no what i mean  )

Only if you make them sign a company confidentiality form when they are hired. Ive had to sign these for several jobs I have had

then it doesnt sound like they did have to sign a confidentiality form. which means you have no grounds to sue them. At least imo

Yeah sounds like you are fucked.
Should have kept a closer eye on what was going on, now you are going to lose business to them. You can only beat an enemy once you know what they are working with...
