I use a dish rag, they pop within a day, and have a nice taproot going by day 2...

I put them in a paper towl in a ziplock bag that I blew in cuz I dont have a tupperware container currently. Is that alright?

yep, I've done that too. like inverted said, they usually pop within 24 hours, but almost never take more than 48

They will pop, just give them more time
and if they dont in a few days just pour a shit ton of water on them and wait a few more days

and since your seeds are in a paper towel in a ziploc (what I used to do) you can hold it up to a light to see if any roots are visible

I would have to kill a couple lol.  no matter how bad that sounds. I hope by the time they are old enough I can get someone to send me some pollen maybe. Then I can cross them.

Dont kill em just move em to a remote outdoor location and give them a good start and let em fend for themselves
Who knows you could find yourself having an extra few ounces of hash if you do that
