I'd say phosphorous.  What kind of nutrients are you running.

I'm using floranova veg.

I Think its cause I;ve been lazy and just been using the water straight out of the r/o tap.

My pH was pretty high(around 8) but now I'm using 6.5.

Someone told me just to keep watering with 6.5 and it should fix it. I wanted to check in here with you guys though for some more input.

Okay, let's get a little more in depth then.  What are you temps, humidity, and what kind of lights are you running?  What size containers are you in, or is this hydro, soil-less, or dirt?  How many ml's per gallon of it are you using and how often?

I haven't gotten phosphorus def. with floranova, but some strains use more P than others.  And all plants use a lot of P through out there entire life cycle.  So it's pretty common, I myself just dealt with this but it was with Bio-Bizz and there lacking in P and Ca and Mg, so it should have been expected.

To correct this I flushed with a light pH balanced nutrient solution.  Then followed up with floranova and calmag+.

Give me some more details and maybe we can sort this out for ya.

(constant 76f)(1000watt MH)(gallon containers)(Soil)(I started with 1tsp/gallon- just upped it to 2tsp/gallon)(feed once a week)

It seems to be getting worse. Or at least more noticeable.

I did however give a B1 foiler spray about 3 weeks ago. I'm not sure if that woudl have anything to do with this.

I have made a few successful clones so If I lose my momma I got a backup. Even though I don't want to loose her.

She is also a reveg. I'm not sure if that affects things either.

Is this affecting all leaves??  Or just the lower or upper??

I've changed my mind on this, It really looks like Potassium def. to me.  Your best bet is to thoroughly flush the soil with a very low nutrient solution, like 2 ml's per gallon to rule out toxic salt build up.  Then feed with your nutrient solution again.

Remember, when your flushing out your medium you want to use 3x the amount of water in ratio to how much soil you have.  So if it's a 1 gallon container you want to use a minimum of 3 gallons of water.
