Maybe try torching the joint with a lighter for a little bit, then trying again. Since the outer glass has a larger circumference than the inner glass, a gap should form between them if the glass is hot enough.

Yeah, there's no way a butane lighter is going to get that glass molten or anything. It'll leave a sooty residue that wipes off pretty easy.

i seriously think this will be in there forever, and iv decided its not for smoking anymore
vapor only, i love suckin these volcano bags through dual filtration (double diffusion too)
keeps it crystal clear and clean too

In the lab when glassware gets jammed that solid, you pretty much have to toss it in the sonicator (cleans with by bombarding with soundwaves). I know that one's not practical, but I'm out of other ideas

if it's tar that's gluing it in place buy a large bottle or two of 91% iso alcohol and let the bong sit in a bath of it. Eventually the stuff will seep in through small gaps and start dissolving the tar. Let it sit for a while, check on it now and then by twisting and pulling gently on the slide, eventually you'll be able to slide it out.
Worked for one of my old bongs that got glued in.

its not tar or dirty shit, i think its because it was wet then it dried
but its been gettin pressed down cuz i rip volcano bags through it now
i dont care its in there forever, i wont smoke out of it then so it stays clean 4ever
