So did they start wilting as soon as you changed the light??? It could be due to stress, it could also be due to a lack of light penetration to the leaves.
On a whole separate note, the swing in temperature between your day and night temps is asking to develop powdery mildew. If possible it would be a good idea to try and bring up your night temperature. Have the temps always had this big of a swing? Or is this new as well?

It started about 2 days after I put the new light on it. I had also given it, it's first dose of maxi bloom. Its been about 2 weeks since the last time I gave it a lite dose of fish emulsion. I hadnt planned on thinning it out more but I just took a few more of the overlapping leaves.
The temp is a recent event. It usually doesnt get that cold here.

I'd say it's dropping due to stress from the light change exacerbated y the temperature swings.
