I'm no scientist but it looks like where the water droplets dried and left the minerals behind.

Yeah you must have gotten nutrient solution on the plants. Either that or you have some shitty ass water.
Try not to let any droplets form on the leaves because the light will act like a magnifying glass and sunlight, it will focus and burn your leaves.
I use a small cup and pour it directly on the base of the stem/stalk
