Yeah you must have gotten nutrient solution on the plants. Either that or you have some shitty ass water.
Try not to let any droplets form on the leaves because the light will act like a magnifying glass and sunlight, it will focus and burn your leaves.
I use a small cup and pour it directly on the base of the stem/stalk

yep. that post with all the water droplets on the leaves is the cause of those spots coasty.
