I try to keep it to weekends, but I'd never had a 'done before. Not bad stuff, I feel much better today than if I'd done oxy last night. That shit makes me feel way more run down.

next time take it an hour after u wake up.
go out and be semi-active, it can b fun as hell.
just drink water and chill hard.
a little beer and alot of weed help too of course.
