is 9mm Glass when it breaks just as easy as 3mm glass
im so fucking pissed right now
I had a little glass full of ice
like a 4" tall glass that said coke on the side
I was fucking pouring ice in it and it slipped out of my hands and hit my ashcatcher...
My ashcatcher is fine, so is my downstem, bowl... but my fucking 9mm US Tubes beaker is in 100 pieces
How the FUCK does that even happen
I am never buying a bong over $50 again in my life.

AND under further inspection the area of the bong that broke isnt 9mm at all
even though US tubes is said to be one of the only companies that dosent lie about the thickness, or use thinner glass in the beaker
The fucking part that broke was 2mm thick at most, fucking scam
I suggest you avoid this company, although im not saying any other companies are better

ugh, that sucks man. You didn't have that one too long. I spent a few hundred on a bong once. I still have and use it. but next time my money is going toward a vaporizer. too bad there's not much you can do about it now. Just spread the word about this company.

everything can break, nothing is perfect.
put some pictures up of this 2mm glass though, post it on tokecity forums and i'm sure they'll give you a brand new tube. the guy who makes US Tubes visits that site and they've done this before for several people. just don't come off like an ass because everyone on the site will hate you.
but seriously they will take care of you. they are good people and have replaced faulty tubes before. you can even search and see threads like this in the past. brand new tube. worth a shot. not many companies glass companies i know that will stand behind their product like that.

There are thinner bits too but they arent attached to anything so I wont bother posting just to have someone say I broke some glasses or something just to make it look like its thin glass
